Catfish processing
When I was small I used to think that catfish is snake and I hate snakes a lot. As I grew up, a got a friend in college who always talk about catfish and how delicious it is. I always cut him shot because I never liked the fish. Despite the way they swim in water like snake, their smell is irritating and their colour scary to me. James, always sing to me how his mother do place a special order for catfish in bulk and he'll be stealing one by one to smoke garri in his room. However, his mother caught him one day and he was begging and promised his mother that he wants to be a fish farmer in future where he'll be drying fish for his mother after graduation.
