Catfish processing

When I was small I used to think that catfish is snake and I hate snakes a lot.

As I grew up, a got a friend in college who always talk about catfish and how delicious it is. I always cut him shot because I never liked the fish.

Despite the way they swim in water like snake, their smell is irritating  and their colour scary to me.

James, always sing to me how his mother do place a special order for catfish in bulk and he'll be stealing one by one to smoke garri in his room.

However, his mother caught him one day and he was begging  and promised his mother that he wants to be a fish farmer in future where he'll be drying fish for his mother after graduation.

That was not funny at all. After graduation there was no quick way to start making. He started convincing me to do a joint venture and producing fish.

I decided to give it a try since there was no work for me at that time.

 Now, we've acquired a very big farm whereby we dry up to 300kg everyday.

This is the processing stage where we rolled the fishes before setting them in the oven for drying.

After drying we packed them for sell with our customized packs. Now we're making a lot of money each day.

Through him I've come to realize that catfish is very beneficial in the body. Very tasty, now I can sit down to finish a catfish without hesitation.
